TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between [Your Real Estate Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the party or parties using the real estate services, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

1. SERVICES PROVIDED: The Company agrees to provide real estate services to the Client, including but not limited to property listing, marketing, negotiations, and assistance with the closing process.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information related to the real estate transaction. The Client is responsible for any fees or costs associated with the purchase or sale of the property.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT: The Client agrees to pay the Company for the services rendered according to the fee structure outlined in a separate agreement. Fees may include commissions, marketing expenses, and other related costs.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY: Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of the real estate transaction, including but not limited to financial details and negotiations.

5. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: The Company and the Client agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing real estate transactions.

6. PROPERTY DISCLOSURES: The Client agrees to disclose all known material defects of the property to potential buyers. The Company will provide assistance in ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements.

7. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. Termination does not relieve the Client of any financial obligations incurred before termination.

8. INDEMNIFICATION: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Client's breach of this Agreement.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Organization].

10. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country].

11. AMENDMENTS: This Agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
