4. CONFIDENTIALITY: Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of the real estate transaction, including but not limited to financial details and negotiations.

5. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: The Company and the Client agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing real estate transactions.

6. PROPERTY DISCLOSURES: The Client agrees to disclose all known material defects of the property to potential buyers. The Company will provide assistance in ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements.

7. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. Termination does not relieve the Client of any financial obligations incurred before termination.

8. INDEMNIFICATION: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Client's breach of this Agreement.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Organization].

10. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country].
